• Stage 2: Preliminary security design development & Contractor RFP preparation
• Stage 3: Certification of detail design & device selection developed by security contractor
• Stage 4: Monitor the following:

Testing & commissioning of security systems
Review policy, procedures and post orders implementation as developed by FO
Completion of initial training of FO security personnel on security systems operation
